Ambiance:
The restuarant promotes ideas of eating in Italy. Italian paintings adorn the walls as well as flowers. The restuarant is very welcoming. The lighting sets a calming mood.

Cleanliness:
The cleanliness of the restuarant was superior. The seating areas were all very clean, and the floors were spotless. The tables were spotless, and what I could see of the kitchen was clean. They were very busy, and I was supprised they are able to keep their restuarant so clean.

Service:
The service at Olive Garden was very acceptable. Our waitress was very friendly. She made sure our drinks were never empty, and all of our food was up to our satisfaction. She was also very available, and always had a smile on her face. The only problem was I received the wrong drink, she quickly got me the correct one when it was brought to her attention.

Presentation:
The presentation of my food was perfect. All of my food was elegantly presented. My meal resembled something that was out of an esquisite magazine. The presentation was overall top-notch, and encourages my return at a later date.

If you are looking for a restuarant to dine in with your family and friends, I recommend Olive Garden to you. The restuarant is very clean, and has a calming environment.

This describes the Parkersburg Olive Garden as well. They always have great service and the food is delicious.

I agree with the prior comment. It seems like great food and great service is a constant in Olive Garden. Let's not forget the yummy salad and the to die for breadsticks.
ReplyDeleteI also agree because even when I accidently broke a glass, our waitress acted like nothing happened, and it was greatly appreciated.
ReplyDeleteI love eating at Olive Garden so I definately agree with your rating of it for 4.5 stars. I love the ambiance of Olive Garden because it makes you feel like you are in Italy as soon as you step into the door. I have never had a problem with cleanliness at Olive Garden, so I also agree with your rating of 5 stars. As for service, I would rate them as a 3 because the last time I went with a large group they got a lot of our orders wrong, however they quickly corrected any mistakes. Overall, I agree with your ratings and reading about your dining experience makes me want to go eat there!
