Ambiance: The locale’s ambiancewas like most sit-down dining restaurants. There were several pots of yellowand orange mums planted outside the restaurant by three benches. When walkinginto the restaurant, the sun shining in from the windows warms the room, butkeeps it at a comfortable temperature. The rooms have a variety of seatingarrangements for small parties or large ones. The table cloths were white witha rose design along the edge that matched the cloth napkins, and the chairswere comfortable old fashioned wooden ones that topped off the relaxingambiance. Score: 5 out of 5 starsCleanliness: Thecleanliness of Tumbleweed’s is superb. The floor seemed to gleam with reflectionsof the people who walked on it, as did the silverware. The table cloth andcloth napkins were spotless as if they had never been used. There was noleftover food or trash from other parties anywhere to be seen.Score: 5 out of 5 starsQuality of food: My waterwas ice cold and had beads of sweat dripping off the outside of the glass toshow it that satisfied my thirst. The ribs I ordered fell loosely off the boneas I tore into them with my fork. The toast that came with my dinner wasgolden-brown, toasted to absolute perfection. The butter and garlic mix on topof it turned it into a delicious masterpiece that made my mouth water justlooking at it. The salad I ordered was fresh as the lettuce leaves crunchedbetween my teeth. The food’s serving size was over the top and not one of theforty people I ate with actually finished their meals. Score: 5 out of 5Service: The waitress greetedour party cheerfully and was happy to get us anything we needed. She sincerely wantedto be there or at least showed that when she was around us. Between getting ourorders, she kept our glasses and chip and salsa bowls full, which we definitelyappreciated. The waitresses all had on matching uniforms,which were completely clean. When our waitress brought our orders, otherwaitresses helped her carry out the many trays we had so we would not have towait for our waitress to go back and forth getting more. Not only was my meal superb, but theoverall presentation and ambiance was magnificent. Anyone from a small party toa large party, from adults to children, or a team celebrating a victory willlove this restaurant. So, if you go through Zanesville anytime soon, stop byTumbleweed’s and try it out for yourself!
