The ambiance of Austyn's was relaxing and calm. It has a fancy atmosphere enough to make a person want to take someone out on a date or even a group of people eat at before prom. The lights were dim and the music was low, it set a good mood for good conversation and a good time.

Cleanliness
Austyn's for the most part was clean, it looked clean and smelled clean. As I sat down though I realized the table was sticky and my fork didn't look especially clean. I went to the ladies restroom and the floor was moist and the ceiling seemed to be leaking. Other than those minor set backs Austyn's cleanliness didn't really lack as bad as it seemed.

Quality
The quality of the food was best as ever. Every meal at our table was served with perfection, they were fresh from the kitchen and tasted amazing. Each plate was served with a flower that really added elegance to the plate. I got Austyn's Chicken and it was absolutely delicious. It was served with rice and sauteed vegetables.

Presentation
I wish I could say that the presentation of Austyn's was fancy but it failed to prove my opinion this way. As soon as we sat down our hostess walked up to us and threw down a handful of silverware and said, "Everyone gets one!" Then she threw down a handful of napkins and walked away. Later I went to take a drink of my water and my class was completely cracked up the entire side of it and chipped around the rim. The food was presented nicely but as for the other stuff, I was a tad disappointed.

Service
The service was exceptional. They were very friendly, but also really busy. They treated us kindly and didn't really bug us. Our server talked to us and gave us some good tips with the food, which is always a plus. He was fast and remembered everything, you don't get that too often so it was for sure a plus.

Overall
Our overall experience at Austyn's was really good. I enjoyed my food and I would say my family did too. It has always been my favorite place to go and if you don't mind spending a little extra money, I would recommend it to anyone that asks me about it. I can't wait for my next trip back!
