Dinner at Buffalo Wild Wings: Not much of a Wing-Tastic Time

Ambiance:

I rated the ambiance of Buffalo Wild Wings a 2 on a scale of one to five, one being the worst and five being the best. I gave the ambiance this rating because the music was ridiculously loud. The lights were also dark and it was hard to see the decorations. The group of kids at the table beside me were very loud and annoying. All of this added up to me getting annoyed and not having a very good time.

Cleanliness:

I gave the restuarant a four out of five in the clealiness department. The restuarant was pretty clean other than a few crumbs under my table when I first arrived at the restaurant. My table was spotless and the whole place in general looked really nice. The restaurant had just been under construction and they had really cleaned the place up nice.

Quality of Food:

The quality of the food was excellent! I rated the restuarant's food quality a five out of five. Although I was annoyed while eating, nothing stopped me from taking a bite from my crispy and juicy chicken tenders. I also had some of the chilli con Queso dip(which is an appetizer) and it was amazing. It had a creamy feel and had a bit of chilli and a bit of cheese swirled together. The dip was pleasing to the eye and also pleasing to the mouth and stomach!

Service:

I rated the service at Buffalo Wild Wings a four out of five. I gave the service this rate because I did not recieve my re-fill as quickly as needed. Other than that it was good. My boyfriend, Kyle, and I were told that we would have to wait twenty minutes and instead the hostess had us seated in five, we were very pleased. The waitress was friendly and got us our meals and drinks quickly. Overall the service was respectable.

Presentation:

I rated the restuarant with a score of four out of five. I gave it this score because overall it presented itself in a way that fit it's environment. What I mean by that is the restuarant is more of a casual place and a lot of things about the restuarant fit that description. Our silverware came wrapped in napkins and our food did not come out on fine china, but instead plastic baskets. The employees that were working had on jerseys and I felt that fit the presentation well because
Buffalo Wild Wings is more of a sports bar and grill type of place.

The restuarant's overall grade was a 19 out of 25. I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere of the restaurant. I would suggest that they turn their music down a little more and fill the drinks back up quicker. Other than those two things the resturant is a great place to go!
