Ruby Tuesday's: Looks Can Be Deceiving

Ambiance:
The ambiance of Ruby Tuesday’s is very inviting. It had been awhile since I hadeaten at Ruby Tuesday’s and I was very anxious to try their barbeque chicken. The restaurant looked very fancy and pleasant which is why I give Ruby Tuesday’s 5out of 5 on ambiance.
Cleanliness:
Ruby Tuesday’s looks like a very fancy restaurant and most have highexpectations when dining there. At the restaurant the tables were very cleanand decorated with top notch plates and silverware. This shows purity andextravagant dining. Also the white plates and red napkins radiated elegancefrom the table. This also shows how Ruby Tuesday’s is fancy. With theseobservations I give the restaurant 5 out of 5 for cleanliness.
Quality of Food:
My most common meal no matter where I dine is chicken because it is my favoritemeat. This is the first time I had ever experienced a dry barbeque chicken. Itwas not appetizing. The baked potato I ordered was clumpy. My broccoli, of allthings, was the only part to my meal I enjoyed. This unsatisfying meal is why Igive the restaurant 2 out of 5 for quality of food.
Presentation:
Walking in the place looks like fine and enjoyable dining. The presentation at RubyTuesday’s is very welcoming and elaborate. The decorations are very romanticand the employees were dressed well. However, on a sunny Sunday afternoon Iwish they’d opened the blinds so it would shine through. I give 4 out of 5 toBuffalo Wild Wings' presentation.
Service:
Service was a big letdown at Ruby Tuesday’s. First the employees were arguingwhen we walked in to be seated then our waiter seemed to have more importantthings to do than recognize his customers. I do not like to wait to be noticedand offered attention from someone who is working for a tip. I did not enjoy theservice at all. I give them 2 out of 5 because the customers should be toppriority.
Overall:
When it comes to looking fancy Ruby Tuesday’s has many other restaurants beathowever the service is what matters, not the way a place looks. I was deceivedby looks and advertisements at Ruby Tuesday’s. The loud co-customers were notpleasant either. I would definitely not recommend lunch on a Sunday afternoonat Ruby Tuesday’s.

  1. Hmm, guess I will rethink going here to eat. Though under the Presentation category, you said 'Buffalo Wild Wings' was this just a typo?
