A Restaurant or an Experience: Dining at Buffalo Wild Wings

Service:
I based my rating of the service at Buffalo Wild Wings on several things, the first of those being how long it took us to be seated. When we first arrived at the restaurant, it took quite some time for my friend and me to be seated although it was not crowded at all. The next aspect of our service I used to rate the restaurant was when our food was brought to us. It was brought to us quickly, however, our appetizer was brought to us at the same time as our meal; having so much food all at once felt almost overwhelming. The third and final thing I judged was our waitress. While she was friendly, she was not always on top of things. For example, she would not notice if any of our drinks were empty until you actually pointed it out and asked for another.

Cleanliness:
The next part of my dining experience which I rated was the cleanliness. The first thing I noticed as I walked across the tile floor was its stickiness, as if pop had been spilled and not cleaned up. A second point lessening the cleanliness was the tables around us. Some of the tables still had trash from the last diners on them that had not been cleared off. If the trash had been removed, many of the tables had not been wiped off. The third and final reason for the rating of cleanliness was the small gnat buzzing around my face and food. Several times while I was trying to eat, it landed on my chicken, unappetizing to say the least.

Ambiance:
The ambiance of the restaurant was exactly what I would have expected from it. The music playing was some type of hard rock followed by some rap being played, which made the place seem energetic. Another thing contributing to the ambiance was the dull roar of noise and conversation coming from the other diners. There were multiple televisions on the walls, flashing across different sports and their captions. Something else which reiterated the idea that Buffalo Wild Wings is a sports bar and grill, are the paper plates and other dining ware on which the food is served, making it easy to throw away so you can get back to watching the game. All of the activity made the restaurant seem alive and gave it an enjoyable atmosphere.

Quality of food:
The taste of my food was phenomenal. We had ordered mozzarella sticks as an appetizer. I bit into the crisp, golden outside and the stringy cheese oozed out. I also had boneless, Asian Zing wings which were perfectly seasoned and covered in delicious sauce. The aroma of my food urged me to continue eating until I was terribly full. The taste was definitely the best part of my dining experience.
