McDonald's
Caldwell, OH
Ambiance:
Most McDonald's restaurants are rather noisy, because of the crowded dining area and the kitchen. This McDonald's however, is rarely like this. It has a pleasant atmosphere with light music in the background, and the lighting fixtures were not overpowering. There was a lot of great afternoon sun shining through the windows. The noise from the kitchen was not very noticeable except for when I was standing in line to order

Cleanliness:
Considering how busy this fast food restaurant is, they do a pretty good job keeping it clean. The floor was mostly clean. There was a little dirt from construction workers with boots, but it looked like it had been swept at least once that day. The windows were also pretty clean, along with the tables and chairs. The only disappointing part of the cleaning job was the women's restroom. For a fast food place it wasn't horrible, but it was a little dirty and smelled like some kind of weird cleaner.

Food Quality:
I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, a medium fry, and their new peppermint mocha. They got my order exactly right. My burger had everything I said I wanted on it, but the burger itself was surprisingly dry. I thought this was a little odd, because normally it has enough grease in it to make it very juicy. Their fries are my favorite, so I definitely enjoyed them, but they had just a bit too much salt. The best part was the peppermint mocha. They did a very good job at balancing out the two flavors so that one wouldn't overpower another. It was a satisfying treat.

Service:
All the employees seemed to have good attitudes. Sometimes you never know what to expect at a fast food restaurant that is constantly cycling employees in and out, but this shift of workers at least, seemed to be happy. The young man that took my order was very courteous. He did have to ask me if I had had someone to take my order. This was understandable because there were several people standing around waiting for food too. I only had to wait a few minutes for my food, so the service was also fast.

Presentation:
The interior and exterior of the establishment was pretty impressive for a McDonald's in a small town. The interior has been renovated in the past couple years, so it has a bit of a modern "flare". It's nothing fancy, but it's pretty tastefully done. The lighting fixtures are smaller and do not have a harsh glow, and the walls are a creamy yellow. The outside looked presentable, but since it is fall, the leaves were strewn everywhere, and some of the plants were not in their prime. It was not awful or messy looking though.

If you are looking for a pit-stop on a trip, a place to grab a snack or meal, or if you just really love McDonald's, this McDonald's would be a great place to go.
I have never been to the McDonald's in caldwell but it seems a lot nicer than the ones in Marietta since it is not as noisy. I usually have pretty good service at McDonald's as well, they usually get my order correct.

I have in fact been to the McDonalds in Caldwell and it is quite nice. It is relatively quite and it was renovated a few years ago so it doesn't seem aged. AS far as fast food goes, it is in quite good shape.

This definately sounds a lot nicer than the restaruants in Marietta. The ambiance sounds like it would be relazing and would allow me to have a good meal. It also sounds like the restaurant was kept pretty clean. They should have swept the dirt from the workers, though, so people didn't get the wrong impression of the cleanliness of the restaruant. Overall it sounded like the McDonald's in Caldwell would be a great dining experience if I was looking for a quick place to eat.
