Chick-fil-A

Ambiance:
When I first walked into Chick-fil-A on family night, it was very loud and crowded. There was many children running around the restaurant, and many parents chasing them. I could also see many families having a good time and enjoying their food.

Cleanliness:
The cleanliness of Chick-fil-A was all right. The table I was sitting at was very clean. The other tables had crumbs all over them from where other people had just got done eating. There was straw wrappers, opened ketchup packets,and used napkins under some of the tables. A couple of the trash cans were overfilling, and some trash was lying on top the trash cans. The windows I was looking out had smudges and finger prints all over them.

Quality of Food:
The quality of my food was excellent. I ordered a original Chick-fil-A sandwich and waffle fries. My sandwich was scrumptious. The filet of chicken was very tender, juicy, and full of flavor. It had to be the greatest chicken sandwich I have ever had from a fast food restaurant. My waffle fries were also very good too. They were very crisp, hot and fresh.

Service:
The service was great. The young man that took my order had a great attitude and was very helpful. He carried my food out to the table when my food was ready. The supervisor came around and asked if we needed refills. The young man came back and cleared my tray after I was done eating and he also offered me a mint.

Presentation:
The presentation of my food was average. My food came on a tray nicely organized. My drink was overfilling, and had soda running down the sides of it.
